MPESB MP Police SI & Subedar Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
Eligible candidates will go through a multi-stage selection process, such as:
1. Preliminary Examination:
The exam will be 100 marks.
The exam duration is 2 hours.
The exam will be conducted in an objective/MCQ format.
There is no negative marking in the exam.
The Preliminary examination marks will not be included in the final selection.
Based on the merit of the preliminary examination, candidates ten times the number of vacancies will be selected for the main examination.
2. Main Examination:
Two exams will be conducted for the Main Examination.
Paper I and Paper II will be 300 marks.
Each exam will be two hours in duration.
There will be negative marking of 1/3 for incorrect answers.
There is no negative marking for unanswered questions.
3. For Technical Candidates:
For technical posts, after clearing the main exam, a separate technical examination of 300 marks will be conducted.
